At AryansIoT, we take pride in the quality of our smart switches. We accept returns/refunds only in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

Return Period

The return period is 3 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Policy

You can request for exchange within 5 days of delivery. The exchanges or replaced product will be deliverede within 7-14 days.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase and defect (such as photo or video evidence).
• Any physical or installation damage caused by the user is not covered.
